A persuasive letter to prospective parents by a year 4 pupil.
Dear prospective parent,
I am a child from St. Michael's School in Sunninghill and I have been a member of St. Michael's School for nearly one year. I am writing to ask to allow your child into our school.

Firstly, all the teachers are friendly. The teachers will never shout at you if you made a mistake. The teachers will also make you feel safe. Surely you want your child feeling safe at school?
Secondly, your child can make friends with us. All the children are really friendly. When I first joined, everyone welcomed me in. Surely you want your child to have kind friends.
Finally, everyone follows the 6Rs. The 6Rs are responsible, rational, reflective, resourceful, resilient and respectful. You will get a certificate when you show one of the 6Rs. If you show all of the 6Rs, you get a badge and a certificate. Surely, you want your child to get certificates?
I really hope my letter has convinced you to let your child join this school.
