Welcome to Eagle Class! I am very much looking forward to teaching you this year - I am sure you will have an enjoyable final year at St Michael's!

PE
During the Autumn Term, PE lessons will take place on a Wednesday and Friday. Children can wear their PE kits all day. Please make sure PE kits are in school all week in case there are any changes to this.
Homework:
Homework will be set on a Thursday and will be returned to school the following Wednesday. Spellings will be tested on a Wednesday. Homework in Year 6 consists of:
- Daily reading (to an adult if necessary) and recorded in your reading record
- Spellings
- Times tables using Times Tables Rockstars
- One piece of Maths and one piece of English (reading comprehension or grammar/punctuation)
- Brain Builder - one per half term (schedule for these is under 'Year 6 home learning')
