St Michael‟s CE Primary School is a Church of England Voluntary Aided School. This status means that the Admissions Authority is the Governing Body of the School. This page contains the admissions policies for children entering the school in the current academic year (2018/19) and the next academic year (2019/2020).

St Michael's Admissions Policy 2019-2020 -The Governing Body has agreed the arrangements for admission to the school in September 2019. If you consider that these are not in compliance with the School Admissions Code 2012 or the law relating to admissions, you can object to the Schools Adjudicator.  Details of how to object can be found on the Office of the Schools Adjudicator website at    www.education.gov.uk/schoolsadjudicator. The deadline for sending objections is 15th May 2019.

The Governors of St Michael’s CE Primary School are consulting on admission arrangements for the entry to St Michael’s in September 2020.  A copy of the proposed Admissions Policy can be found below.

The consultation with run from Thursday 1st November 2018 to Thursday 10th January 2019, after which the final Admissions Policy will be published on the St Michael's School website following its determination at a meeting of the Full Governing Body in February 2019.
